Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what the product page describes, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay return shipping.

Change of mind

You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

How to start a return

Contact us at support@fridayhall.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Send the item with tracking and keep your receipt.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
