All shipments are tracked. International prices are converted to your local currency at checkout. We don't currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Where orders ship from
Orders ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which may be outside your country. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Duties and taxes
United States: you won't be asked to pay import duties or fees when your order is delivered. If a carrier ever asks you to pay one, contact us before paying and we'll cover it.
International orders: prices and shipping don't include import taxes, duties or carrier fees, and we don't collect them at checkout. If any are due, the carrier collects them from you on delivery. Parcels refused because of import charges can't be refunded for shipping.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. It can take a few days for tracking to show movement after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because the address was entered incorrectly, contact us and we'll arrange reshipment; the reshipping cost is paid by the customer.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering (45 days for international orders), or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos for damage). We'll investigate and resend or refund.
