We ship to addresses in the United States only for now. All shipments are tracked.

Where orders ship from

Every item ships from a warehouse in the United States. Items from the same order can come from different warehouses, so they may arrive in separate packages. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate.

Duties and taxes

Orders ship within the United States, so there are no import duties or fees. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships. It can take a day or two for tracking to show movement after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order comes back because the address was entered incorrectly, contact us and we will arrange reshipment; the reshipping cost is paid by the customer.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, or it arrives damaged, contact us at support@fridayhall.com with your order number (and photos for damage). We will investigate and resend or refund.
