We reply within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. If you write over a weekend or a US holiday, expect a reply on the next business day.

Monday to Friday. We are a small team, so if we miss your call, leave a voicemail with your name, your order number if you have one, and a callback number. We return voicemails within 1 to 2 business days.
For anything that needs photos, like a damaged or wrong item, email is faster because we can see the problem right away.

You do not need permission before contacting us about a return. Email us within the window on the Returns & Refunds page and we will send instructions. There are no restocking fees.
