Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. We don't currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost
United States: free standard shipping on orders of $69.99 or more, and $8.00 on smaller orders.
International: $14.99 per order to Canada, the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Mexico; $24.99 per order to all other countries we ship to. Prices are converted to your local currency at checkout.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and US public holidays. Most US orders arrive about 7–14 days after processing. Most orders to Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and the UAE arrive about 6–20 days after processing; other countries can take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Where orders ship from
Orders ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which may be outside your country. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Duties and taxes
United States: you won't be asked to pay import duties or fees when your order is delivered. If a carrier ever asks you to pay one, contact us before paying and we'll cover it.
International orders: prices and shipping don't include import taxes, duties or carrier fees, and we don't collect them at checkout. If any are due, the carrier collects them from you on delivery. Parcels refused because of import charges can't be refunded for shipping.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. All shipments are tracked.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering (45 days for international orders), or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate and resend or refund.
